Bedoya Training Stables is one of Houston area’s premier show jumping facilities. Owned by Daniel Bedoya and located in Magnolia, Texas on 10 beautiful acres in a gated community. Our facility has 26 stalls, 8 turn outs, and both arena and round pen have well maintained Premier Equestrian footing with fiber. Daniel has extensive experience developing young horses and coaching riders ranging from beginners to Grand Prix level. Our team competes at some of the largest events in the country as well as International competitions.
We accept incoming clients who own or lease their own horses or are looking to do so and regularly compete on the “A” circuit. We provide services to assist any new riders who are interested in leasing or purchasing a horse. BTS frequently has a large selection of horses available for sale and lease and also has a large network of riders and trainers that we source from.
Daniel Bedoya grew up riding in La Paz, Bolivia. He won several national championships as a junior rider and competed in Young Riders Championships. After moving to the US and graduating from St. Edwards University in Austin, Daniel started his own business as a professional rider. Since then he as represented his home country at the 2018 World Equestrian Games, the 2019 Pan American Games, and the 2022 South American Games. Daniel is a regular competitor in Grand Prix competition all over the country. In addition to being an accomplished Grand Prix rider, Daniel also has a talent for purchasing and developing young horses. His career also reaches into the hunter ring, with numerous championships and hunter derby wins.
Daniel Bedoya
Diego Bedoya is the younger cousin of Daniel. He was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia and started riding at the young age of 4. Diego moved to Argentina at the age of 18 to start his professional riding career and specialized in the development of young horses, taking them on to compete in the young horse championships. He has had consistent GP placings, which earned him a trip to the 2017 South American Games for Young Riders where he finished with a Bronze medal for Bolivia. In 2020 Diego made the move to the US to continue his show jumping career and has since had several GP placings and competed at the 2023 Pan American Games in Chile. Diego is currently riding and developing several young horses as well as a string of Grand Prix horses.
